Jason's 32!! He had his birthday last week and we had a small, but fun celebration.
I made him a big batch of his favorite cookies to take to work and share with his co-workers and, of course, he didn't tell them why he brought the cookies, just that his wife had made them. He is so silly when it comes to things like that.
Any way, around Christmas be bought a few pricier things due to sales, so he got his birthday presents then (a really nice tripod for the camera and some good speakers for the receiver). However, I didn't want him to come home to nothing so I got his some stuff to organize the office (which he has been wanting to do for a long time).
We had cards and songs and candles and a big birthday cheesecake! It took me half the day to convince Jefferson that it was NOT his birthday, but Daddy's. And that we had to wait for him to get home before we could eat the cake.

Yummy, yummy, yummy!! The cheesecake was not too heavy or rich and with the raspberry topping and twix border it was delicious. Not as great as my sister Kelli's cheesecakes (she is the queen), but pretty good since I haven't made one in about 5 years.
