Summer Fake Out

A couple weeks ago we had the most gorgeous weather. We were in heaven. We played outside everyday and basked in the glorious sun. And then last week, guess what it did...it snowed and hailed and the wind blew so hard it knocked over the playground in our complex. SOOOOOOO ridiculous. It would be comical if it wasn't so aggravating.
Anyway, here are some pictures of Jeffers playing when it was nice. Hopefully the good weather comes back soon so we can plant our garden. More on that later!

When we first got to the playground Jefferson headed straight for the slide. No big deal right? Except Mommy wasn't paying close attention and didn't realize the giant puddle of water at the end of the slide. Oh well, it didn't phase him a bit. He just kept right on playing till it was time to go.
He would hang on the bar at the top of the slide but he wouldn't go down. He's done it before, but this time he wouldn't. He just kept climbing up and down.

Pretty green trees. I love spring and the beginnings of summer.

Chill'in at the bottom of the slide looking all GQ. He is so handsome.

The only weird thing was the old man walking around with a metal detector and digging about the whole time we were there. Oh well, everyone has to make a living some how.

  1. Jefferson probably hung on the bar and didn't go down because he had gotten wet before that. Maybe? GRANDMA T
