Our Summer Thus Far!!

I know it has been a long while since I blogged last, but lets face it, we have been really busy or I have just been too lazy to sit down and put my thoughts together. So prepare yourself for alot of pictures due to being a little behind.

Our summer has definitly been full. After reunions and partys we had gardens and projects, trips to Texas (where our AC decided to leak INSIDE our car--two inches of water by the time we got to my brother), trips to the water park with Jason's family, more parties, swim lessons, racking chest coughs for two weeks, more gardening (we are overrun), and just every day living. So here are some highlights with more to come later on. I promise.

This is my nephew Keyan and I love this pic of him swinging while we were waiting for the fireworks to start on the 4th.

Jefferson had a fabulous time jumping on the tramp with his cousins and the sprinkler. Such simple pleasures and so mch happiness. I love it.

One of my fast projects was to make Jefferson this blanket. I grabbed four cowboy bandanas when they were super cheap and sewed them together. Then I added the backing fabric and badding and viola!!! So cute and he loves it. I hear about "Woody" all the time

We have spent a lot of time at the library and at the
park. Jefferson is soooooo in love with slides. He

can't even wait until I come to a complete stop
before he shimmies out of the stroller to run up the
stairs and go down the slide. As soon as they are in
sight (a block away) he starts yelling "Slide, Slide" over and over again. It is comical.

Just some more fun at the park!!
