Like any true Dixon, Jefferson loves pancakes.
He has become my little sous chef (sorry Jessi, you're out). As soon as he got up this morning he was asking for pancakes and since I have the recipe memorized it was fast. This is it was fast until Jefferson realized what I was doing and decided he wanted to be in charge. He quickly moved a chair to the stove where he proclaimed it was "hot hot hot" and then waited until I poured the batter. Then he flipped...

He then made sure they were flat like they should be.
Then he scooped them up and put them on his plate and promptly said,"Good Job!!"
I asked him to say cheese and this is what I got every time.
It is GOOD!!
Watch out Bobby Flay, here comes Jefferson!
Well, I hear chef school is quite pricey. Better start saving! That's really cool that he's into it.
