Introducing...!

Dr. Jason Christopher Thomas, PhD
After 4 years of undergraduate study and 5 years of graduate study, Jason has at last finished his research. I am so very proud of him and all the hard work that he has put into his schooling. He really is the smartest person I know. Some times it is down right annoying, but he is great and I am so glad that he is the provider and not me.

Doesn't he look great with his hood?

I kept getting teary eyed because I was so proud of his accomplishment!

Jason still has to defend his disertation in the middle of September, but for the most part he is done. And it is a big weight off his shoulders since he started working full time in April.
Way to go Babe!!

After two days of complete activity he finally tuckered out on the way home. But he would not let go of his balloon. I think it is a sweet, sweet picture.

  2. Oh! WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE WERE ABLE TO BE AROUND TO WATCH JASON RECEIVE THIS HONOR! (We almost were not in the area!) It has seemed to be his destiny since he was little. We are glad that he followed in an obedient manner. Now to utilize this opportunity for a healthy and full life since his foundation is solid he has tremendous opportunities to serve his family, church and community. Good luck!
WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH JASON, KARA AND JEFFERSON!

  3. That "Y" balloon was a gift from Jefferson's Aunt Lisa Anderson. She gave cousin Landon a solid light blue one, also. The boys absolutely loved them! It was so good to have Lisa fly up at the last minute and share with us in this very special occasion for our family.
