Peach Days!!

Peach Days was over the weekend and it was so much more involved then I thought it would be, but it was a lot of fun. They had a parade, fireworks, softball tournament, the worldest largest car show (not really, but it sure seemed that way), a carnival, booths, tons of food, etc. We took Jefferson and had a ton of fun.
Being in Brigham, of coarse they had equipment there. This picture is for Kelli and Karl in honor of their forevern ongoing garage project. We'll send Jefferson to help with the machinery.

Jason didn't think that Jefferson would like the rides all that much, but once we got in line, Jefferson just stared at the carousel and kept saying. "Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa" It was funny. And he had a blast as you can tell.

He also liked the train ride, but the horses were a lot more fun for him.

Here is Jason eating the famous peach cobbler. It was really good!!
The following pictures are for my brother-in-law Karl (Kelli make sure you show him).
They have the hugest car show. There are two really big parks across the street from each other and they were both filled with cars, along with the streets that surround the parks. I appreciated the beauty of them, but I think Karl will appreciate them much more. So.... Here you go Karl...Enjoy!

I overheard that the guy who owns the flaming turck is a fireman...how appropriate!

I didn't even get pictures of a quarter of the cars, but it was pretty awesome.
We had a great time!
Happy Peach Days!!

  1. Thanks KB, Jefferson is welcome to come over anytime, we have 12 yards of top soil to spread. He'd probably do better than I did with the back hoe. He's such a cute kid. I'm glad you had a good time. I'll show Karl the car picture tonight, I know he'll be jealous.

  2. When I talked to Jason he didn't think the car show was all THAT big! Well, it does look like it was when I see your pictures. I guess that is part of being from Southern California and so many people and activities. Jason had lived there so long that all of the festivities in So. Calif. dwarf any other events. But, this one is pretty impressive; especially, given the size of the town there.

  3. It looks like you had a very fun day! Maybe next year Jessica and Tyson can take Landon up there for some fun and good tasting too!
